More Rings Please They Said

People called and wrote in and were inspired by my Spring Jewelry Trends Blog Post.

So I decided to share a couple more happy Spring trends and recommendations to ring in spring! And happy greetings from the UK!

Misty Big Gems

Spring jewelry trends include large soft colored gems that act as a neutral and can be worn with many colors.

Translucent gems that suggest a misty quality of color are also a wonderful dreamy trend that I love.

The more you wear these transucent gems the mistier they’ll get.

In this case it’s OK not the throw them in the ultrasonic jewelry cleaner constantly. A little mystery is a sexy jewelry thing.

Spring is the Time to Get Engaged in Style

Dare to be different by adding the “kiss of night” to your love ring. Include black rhodium or oxidation in your design for a rock and roll addition to your  engagement ring.

Smiling From the UK With Their New Custom Made Engagement Ring

My couple custom ordered their own version of my Trinity engagement. Its black rhodium finish highlights the hand engraving and is just edgy.

I loved their recent email. They shared a picture of themselves and Catherine wearing her new engagement ring.

They live in the UK.

“The weather has been appalling over here! We ended up taking lots of fun shots together inside. Really enjoying the ring! C”

Hi there Ms. Calla Gold! I read your Spring Jewelry Trends post before and it caused me to look through my collection of jewelry. I’ve changed up my frequently worn jewelry and am having a lot of fun with using black and I got a drusy quartz piece I love.
This post was really great about the new looks in Spring, focusing on rings. These rings are gorgeous. Especially that rose quartz beauty in rose gold. It’s so beautiful! Love it! :)

Hi Lynn,
Thanks for letting me know that you were inspired by a post of mine. I could aspire no higher (poet moment there,) than to create an effect like having you find jewelry to wear in your own jewelry box that excites you!

Jeweler Calla,
Didn’t know about black rhodium. I just love that look. Funny I was just watching Billy Idol the other day and loved his jewelry- very sexy and Rock and Roll. I’ll have to see what is in my jewelry box to freshen up.
I have not seen any black rhodium at the mall here in Del Amo- so I expect it’s a new style. Of course someone was the 1st to start it…I wonder who, Calla Gold?
